- We will work with you to establish a procedure that works for both parties The more information we get on your company the better so that our team can handle and answer calls so that your clients get a seamless service.
- Your telephone lines will be diverted to our front line team and calls will be answered in your company name and with a personal touch.
- Our front line team will capture the caller’s details and message and send it to you via email or log it using your regular/preferred CRM systems.
- In the event of an emergency we can use an escalation procedure to ensure that your on call team can action the procedure within their SLA agreement.
