Pat Keogh Call Management Managing Director

Pat graduated from UCC in 1992 with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree specializing in Marketing & Management.

Pat brings a wealth of experience to this role having worked primarily in the drinks industry for five years with Diageo, Showerings and James Adams Vintners. In 1997 Pat made a career change and started working with Imagine Telecoms as an Area Manager with responsibility for ten sales staff and his primary role was to generate new business in the Munster region and motivate staff members to reach their targets.In 2001 Pat decided to set up his own contact centre and set up operation in Fermoy Co Cork.

As Managing Director, Pat is responsible for the strategic direction of Call Management. He sees his role as more than just an operational one and is directly involved in the motivation of staff on a day to day basis.

The corporate culture of Call Management is of the utmost importance.

This ethos is relayed to all staff members, management team and contact centre agents.
