Call Management has been certified with the ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management since 2020. This international standard is used to ensure we manage and sustain our environmental responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

In October 2019 we received the ISO 27001:2013 certification. This ensures that both our processes and systems are audited to a high standard while demonstrating our commitment to information security.

We are delighted to announce that we have successfully renewed our ISO 9001 series of certification. The reason that our ISO 9001 accreditation has been renewed is that we have upheld a customer-focused service delivered upon various aspects of quality management, creating reliable customer service.

Call Management was thrilled to be awarded the Excellence Through People Accreditation (ETP) in March 2013. The Excellence Through People Accreditation is Ireland’s National Standard for Human Resource Development. It provides a structured framework for employers wishing to improve the quality of their training.

Call Management was nominated for the CCMA Contact Centre & Shared Services Awards in November 2013. We were nominated along with other prestigious brands such as Tesco, AIB, Vodafone, BT and Dell.

Call Management has successfully renewed its ISO 9001:2008 Certification. This award certifies our quality in the provision of Business Support Services, Market Research Services and Contact Centre Services. Renewed in 2018.
