Pat Keogh – Managing Director

As Managing Director, Pat is responsible for the strategic direction of Call Management. He sees his role as more than just an operational one and is directly involved in the motivation of staff on a day to day basis.

Sean Hickey – Operations Manager

Sean is in charge of all HR functions from hiring new staff to agent performance reviews. He was the responsible for obtaining ISO9001 Certification and that all processes are adhered to and compliant with this standard.


Nuala Meaney – Financial Director

Nuala provides financial support to the decision making process & has responsibility for forecasting and developing annual business plans.

Silvia Planella Conrado – Marketing Coordinator

Silvia is responsible for Call Management’s Marketing strategy. Her duties include social media, corporate website, SEO and Adwords.
