Managing Director – Pat Keogh

Pat graduated from UCC in 1992 with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree specializing in Marketing & Management.

Pat brings a wealth of experience to this role having worked primarily in the drinks industry for five years with Diageo, Showerings and James Adams Vintners. In 1997 Pat made a career change and started working with Imagine Telecoms as an Area Manager with responsibility for ten sale staff and his primary role was to generate new business in the Munster region and motivate staff members to reach their targets.In 2001 Pat decided to set up his own contact centre and set up operation in Fermoy Co Cork.

As Managing Director, Pat is responsible for the strategic direction of Call Management. He sees his role as more than just an operational one and is directly involved in the motivation of staff on a day to day basis.

The corporate culture of Call Management is of the utmost importance.

This ethos is relayed to all staff members, management team and contact centre agents.


Financial Director- Nuala Meaney

Nuala is a co-founder of Call Management and has occupied the position of Financial Director since the formation of our    company. Nuala brings a wealth of experience to this role having worked with the Dept of Agriculture. She also has 10 years experience working as a management accountant in industry.

As part of this role, Nuala provides financial support to the decision making process & has responsibility for forecasting and developing annual business plans.

An integral part of this function is measuring the business performance & providing the necessary analysis to Management

Nuala’s primary role is to a manage and monitor our costs and to support the pricing function to ensure the long-term viability of all projects undertaken, while at the same time providing a competitively priced service to our clients. This is achieved by possessing a thorough understanding of the key drivers of the business, & ensuring that cost control & business performance management remain of the utmost importance.


Operations Manager / HR Manager – Sean Hickey

Sean joined the Call Management team in June 2010 as Operations Manager. He was responsible for obtaining ISO9001 Certification and that all processes are adhered to and compliant with this standard. Sean is also in charge of all HR functions from hiring new staff to agent performance reviews.

  

Silvia Planella Conrado : Marketing Cordinator of a Contact Centre in Cork IrelandMarketing Cordinator/ Sales Developer – Silvia Planella Conrado

Silvia graduated from the “Universitat de Barcelona”with an Honours bachelor degree in Public Relations & Advertisement (2008), Market Research (2009) and Audio-visual Communication (2008). She arrived in Ireland in 2009 and spent a year working and promoting activities for people with special needs in Newcastle West (Co. Limerick).

Silvia has experience working in Public Relations for various companies eg. Piriherbsan, OMC, Imago. She also did market research for Sony Computer and promotional work for HP, Sony Computer and Activision. She is currently doing a Masters degree in e-Business in University College of Cork (UCC).

As a Sales Developer and Marketing Coordinator, she is the responsible for Call Management’s image on the internet ,in the areas of social media, corporate website, SEO and Adwords. Also she looks after New Sales Prospects and New Business Tenders, and manages the internal communication.

Kieran O’Connell - Call Management Night Time Manager

Night Time Manager – Kieran O’Connell

Kieran graduated from UCC in ’81 with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Computer Science Diploma.
Kieran’s career history to date has been in the computer industry, in manufacturing, sales and support and customer service.
He spent 6 years in Apple Computer as a senior customer service adviser for UK and Ireland having previously been a Team leader on inbound and outbound call campaigns for The Merchants Group.
Kieran joined Call Management in Sept 2005 and takes care of customer issues after hours in particular emergency property management calls.
