We are more than a team of Contact centre professionals. In March 2013, Call Management were thrilled to be awarded the Excellence Through People Accreditation.
This accreditation shows that we are a friendly company, hard working and willing to go that extra mile to provide the best possible service. Since 2001, Call Management agents are providing a high quality service to all our clients.

 

Pat Keogh – Managing Director

Pat Keogh CEO Call Center DirectorAs Managing Director, Pat is responsible for the strategic direction of Call Management. He sees his role as more than just an operational one and is directly involved in the motivation of staff on a day to day basis.

 

Katherine Sutton – Operations Manager

Katherine is in charge of all HR functions from hiring new staff to agent performance reviews. He is responsible for obtaining ISO9001 Certification and the Excellence Through People Accreditation.

 

Nuala Meaney – Financial Director

Nuala provides financial support to the decision-making process & has responsibility for forecasting and developing annual business plans.

 

Silvia Planella Conrado – Marketing Coordinator

Silvia is responsible for Call Management’s Marketing strategy. Her duties include social media, corporate website, SEO and Adwords.

 

Sarah Foley – Training Manager

Sarah is “Train the trainer” FETAC certified and provides first class training to Call Management team.

 

Kieran O’Connell – Night Manager

kieran o'connell photoKieran joined Call Management in Sept 2005 and takes care of customer issues after hours in particular emergency property management calls.

 

Kelley Phelan – Sales Manager

Kelley joined Call Management in 2008 as Contact/Call Centre agent and was promoted in early 2010 to Key Account Manager. Currently, she is the contact point for new clients.
