About Call Management
Call Management was set up in August 2001 with the specific intention of providing our clients with a top class Inbound Call Handling Service.
Call Management was set up by Pat Keogh, having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UCC (too many years ago to mention), majoring in marketing & management. Pat has held various positions over the years and worked predominantly in the drinks trade prior to making a career move into the telecoms industry and hence setting up Call Management
The core aim of the business has been, and will always be, to give a quality service level to all our customers regardless of their size.
As a result of clients requests, we have expanded our product offerings to include Market Research Campaigns, Customer Care Projects, Mystery Shopping and today it makes up about 25% of our overall business.
We have consistently grown organically over the years and currently we employ 25 agents on a full time basis and have a pool of part-time staff also.
