Call Management / Arema Connect based in Blackpool Cork, 24 x 7 Contact Centre are currently looking for Full Time Customer Service Representatives to work in a busy environment:
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively deal with inbound / outbound calls
- Achieve all personal targets and objectives set out by the Company
- Deliver a high level of service to our expanding Client base
Key Attributes Required:
- Excellent telephone manner/typing skills
- Have a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexibility to work in a changing inbound and outbound environment
Good computer skills is essential!
