CCMA Awards and Call Management 12 last month improvements


This week we have exiting news. On the 16th November, our Call Centre will be taking part in the CCMA Annual Awards.

This year we have presented a really strong application and we are positive that we will be short listed for the “Best Small or Growing Contact or Shared Services Centre” award.

Our application included our strategy for growth and case studies to demonstrate our ability to embrace new technologies and adapt to our changing environment.
