Call Management were thrilled to be awarded the “Excellence Through People” Accreditation (ETP).
The Excellence Through People Accreditation is Ireland’s National Standard for Human Resource Development. It provides a structured framework for employers wishing to improve the quality of their training and is available to all types of organisations, regardless of size or sector.
Call Management have proven ability in the deliverance of quality based solutions in the outsourcing field. This high profile accreditation comes at a time when tendering in both the public and private sector is at an all time high.
The ISO 9001 and Excellence Through People are internationally recognised awards and these accreditation are crucial in the competitive world of tendering and there is no doubt that even though government public tenders are concentrating more on price, quality is equally as important.
Call Management are currently concentrating on increasing our market share in Ireland and developing our export market concentrating on the UK & USA. The ETP award compliments this strategy wonderfully as it demonstrates our commitment to our clients in delivering high quality service levels.
